Registration for the conference is non-refundable. This event will be held snow, rain, or shine.

Hotel Accommodations
Please click here for directions to the Augusta Civic Center.Good news: This year we have been able to reserve blocks of rooms at reduced rates at five hotels near the Augusta Civic Center. All hotels are close by – between a 5 minute walking distance, and no more than 6 miles from the conference site. These hotels have graciously offered their reduced rates for a set number of reserved rooms, and possibly more. But book your room early as some (or all, we hope) are likely to fill up. After the deadlines, it is at each hotel’s discretion whether to still offer a reduced rate for conference attendees.
In order to get a reduced rate, please mention that you’d like the “wind conference registrant rate.”
