Exhibitors
Space is limited, so it is important to reserve your booth early.
We want this conference to be as helpful to your business as possible. We have intentionally structured the format of the conference so that exhibitors will get the maximum exposure possible to conduct business, network, and share information. Key features pertinent to exhibiting include:
- Exhibitors will be listed on the conference website and in the program.
- The exhibit area will be open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday.
- New this year, we are opening the doors to the public on Monday evening so that members of the public (including school groups, and other community groups) can come see the exhibits and do business with vendors.
- The Exhibit Hall is located to give exhibitors maximum exposure. All refreshment breaks (two per day), dessert after lunch, and the afternoon reception (Monday only) will be held within the Exhibit Hall. In addition, it is centrally located between the large auditorium for the plenary sessions and the registration/help area, the breakout session rooms, and bathrooms.
